Kenneth Crum
Kenneth Crum, a Brooklyn native, currently serves as Beverage Director at Air’s Champagne Parlor, Tokyo Record Bar and Roscioli NYC. Kenneth's passion for wine flourished at Lupa Osteria Romana, where he gained extensive wine knowledge and restaurant experience. He later served as General Manager and Beverage Director at Red Hook Tavern before taking a break from hospitality to make wine in Sonoma with legendary winemaker, Matt Taylor. Kenneth returned to NYC in 2020 and joined his current restaurant group, committed to improving the world one bottle and smile at a time.
